It's a fresh thinking organization that mentors college graduates through hands on business and development experiences, empowering kids to make tangible differences in the economies of African communities and the lives of the local people.  Then, they bring that ripe wealth of knowledge back home to the USA and infuse local companies with skills and passion - baring fruit and flowers.
