I think President Obama is right on. You know I still hear people all the time saying how he isn't turning things around quick enough. They seem to forget what a mess it was when he took office, and the mess took over eight years to create. Then why do people think that he should fix everything in less than four. We need to give him credit for everything he has done in the short time in has been in office. I say KUDO'S TO PRESIDENT OBAMA and for what he has accomplished in such a short amount of time.

Yep - the stock market was below 6,000; GDP was contracting, not growing; we were shedding hundreds of thousands of jobs every month; the banking system was collapsing; the auto industry going out of business and on and on...is everything booming? No. But, the stock market is back around 12,000, the GDP has grown consecutively; we are gaining jobs (not enough to make up for the 8 million lost, but at least we are gaining jobs, not losing them), the banks are making billions, the auto industry is profitable, things are improving, but they could get done QUICKER if everyone worked together and focused on JOBS. We were in a dire mess and it is being cleaned up. Like any disaster area though, it takes awhile if you do it the right way. It's quicker to shove it all under the couch or just close the door. It's harder to make everyone take responsibility in cleaning it up and getting it all organized!
