UPDATE March 19, 2012:  Army staff sergeant and father of two, Robert Bales, has been identified as the man who allegedly carried out a nighttime attack on two Afghan villages, killing 16 civllians, including 9 children. On Memorial Day and every day, let's not forget that we still have thousands of service men and women overseas sacrificing so much for our country.  And, let's not forget their families that are sacrificing so much, too.

So, until everyone comes home, please reach out to "the people in your neighborhood" who have loved ones serving and let them know how much you appreciate their service, too!

    God bless America - please reach out and take care of our returning soldiers and their families. Community is everything. We need to honor them as they honor us - let's stand together town to town. city to city and state to state and give our soldiers and their families the support they deserve on Memorial Day...and every day...until they are all home.
