Not exactly Tinkerbell, Pinocchio, Mickey, Goofy and friends, but entertaining nevertheless...there is another Republican debate tonight in Orlando, FL.  Regardless of your political persuasion, it's important to know where the candidates stand on the issues YOU care about.  In Walt Disney's famed Dumbo, the MAMA elephant was protective of her baby with big ears.  He was misunderstood and ridiculed, but Dumbo ended up showing them all - he opened his ears and flew. Dumbo's perserverance and determination defined the enduring and inspirational elephant.

So, MAMAs, watch it, record it and/or listen to it and let's chat about it, because the best thing we can teach our KID-Os about our democracy is that "we get the government we deserve."  If we don't vote, or we vote for candidates that we don't know much about, our government won't represent us.  MAMAs stay engaged, read about the candidates, listen to their policy views and form your own opinions based on what's in the best interest of your family.  We must make sure they have the character traits we want before they take off!

We'll be snuggled up watching from the second "happiest place on earth!" Hope you will be, too. (-:
