- DON’T TREAD ON ME: Woman Gets Stepped On At Political Debate In KY
-
Photo Google Images A volunteer for the Kentucky Republican Senatorial candidate, Rand Paul, pushed down and stomped on the neck (some say "head," some say "shoulders," take a look at the video and decide for yourself) of a MoveOn.org volunteer at a debate rally. The woman, Lauren Vallee, said,”these supporters were not very nice to me and my message, which is the same as everyone else. I just wanted to get out here with a sign, but I got my head stepped on.” The Rand Paul volunteer, Tim Profitt, was later fired by the campaign, and told the Associated Press, “I apologize if it appeared overly forceful, but I was concerned about Rand’s safety.”
MOMism:” Don’t kick someone when they’re down.” Wow-sa. Not only were they bigger and stronger, there were 4 MEN trying to remove one 23 year old girl. That should have been enough. Granted, she was in a weird blonde wig and tried to shove a sign in Rand Paul's window, but come on? Once she was removed and restrained there was no reason to kick her when she was already down. Seriously boys? Didn't your mama teach you better? Shame on you Mr. Profitt! Not only did you lose your temper, but you kicked a WOMAN when she was laying in the gutter. Really?

- Shameful. It is one thing to remove that girl, but to step on her? For what? She probably weighed all of 110 pounds and was armed with a sign! Now, go to a democratic event and there are anti-DEM activists carrying weapons out in the open (which, by the way, you are NOT supposed to do...if you have a permit, you can carry a concealed weapon). Ridiculous. We should all be outraged. Rand Paul did the right thing by firing that guy!on 10/29/10Reply
