The Daily Beast reports that Alabama is set to execute a mentally disabled man who was convicted of murder.  Holly Wood was convicted of killing his former girlfriend in 1993.   Wood’s IQ tests have him below the 70 mark which is legally disabled, but prosecuters said that he was not “disabled enough” to be considered incapable of taking responsibility for his actions and be spared the death...
