How does the French gov't intend to enforce this law? It's one thing to pull folks out of a bank or not let them get on a plane, but another to pull them off of the street. Any thoughts on that?

Photo USA Today UPDATE 10/3/2011: An Italian court of appeals has overturned Amanda Knox's murder conviction and she is free, after four years. Knox is expected to return to her hometown of Seattle. Her former Italian boyfriend, Rafaelle Sollecito, was also acquitted.
