What are your favorite MLK quotes? One of mine is "Means we use must be as pure as the ends we seek."on 01/17/11Reply

Congrats to the combat troops that left Iraq today!! Now, lets see you will prevail, history or the USA.on 08/18/10Reply
- No matter what happens, the USA will prevail...we are the land of the free and the home of the brave. We can get through anything, as long as we stand united.on 10/18/10Reply

This just goes to show you that heroes come in all sizes. Kids are smarter than we sometimes give them credit for and they often show great poise in the face of adversity.on 04/02/10Reply

I watched your kitchen video on heroes. Yes, old clay footed Tiger deserves our disapproval. It's time for the media to let the story go. Sex rehab, yeessh, my next biggest fear is to see Tiger appearing on the next reality show.on 03/31/10Reply
- The whole SEX REHAB thing is ridiculous - are they kidding? Yeesssh, is right! No Tiger reality show, but the really sad thing is that it would probably get MILLIONS OF VIEWERS. Yikes. Stop the madness. Where is Tiger's mom on all this nonsense? If O-MAMA was a TV show, that's who they'd interview to get a totally different perspective on her son's addiction!on 03/31/10Reply
- Love that idea - moms spreading the word about the hero inside their children. The things people do to deserve the hero status described by their moms. Be it the seven year old who called 911 to save his family or it may be a celebrity that gives their time and energy to a great cause (also, as described by their mom). I'd watch it :)on 04/01/10Reply

I have always thought Audrey Hepburn was a hero. In the beauty room find her inspirational poem. Got me crying...the O-MAMA office "cry of the day." We are sappy bout heroes!on 03/31/10Reply

Wow! I loved the article about Sonia..she sounds like fun. As far as heroes I can name Mother Teresa, Grandma, Mom, Dad. No one particularly famous but always people that overcame and perservered or showed extraordinary character and determination. Those are the people we should hold up for our kids and not wonder women or the latest bimbo on tv.on 01/25/10Reply

Here's something: How many heroes can you list right this second? How many can the person next to you list, by name? Who do you consider a real life hero? Now, how many of those heroes were male? How many were female? If girls have only "wonder woman" to look up to, what message are we sending? That its okay to dress that way? That boys have more "heroes" and are therefore more heroic? Lets bring some female heroes to life. Be the hero for the young women in yours, and give them other strong women to look up to.on 01/07/10Reply
