TRADITIONS: Liberated Lady
Happy 4th of July Weekend MAMAs!
There's always something to do around the house, but we hope you declare your independence from chores and have some fun over the long weekend!
In between the hot dogs and fireworks, let's teach our KID-Os that the Statue of Liberty was a birthday present from France to commemorate the centennial signing of the United States Declaration of Independence - adopted by Congress on July 4, 1776 - which is inscribed on Lady Liberty's tablet. Let's not forget to remind our KID-Os that the statue "la Liberté éclairant le monde" (translation: Liberty Enlightening the World) was a gesture of friendship and inspiration to the world.
We hope you celebrate our country's birthday with friends and family who inspire you every day! Have a great weekend MAMAS! What are your 4th of July traditions?
