NOW HIRING: Want To Work From Home?

MAMAS looking for flexible full-time or part-time work, we’ve found a business opportunity for you!  We’re calling it “arise and shine.”  (-:  There are so many things that MAMAs are good at…we are problem solvers…quick on our feet and super at selling kids things they should eat.  Translation: MAMAs are good at customer service, tech support and sales, so after the kids are up and out of the house, why not take our mommy skills and shine in the work force, too?

Arise is the leading provider of virtual business services for Fortune 500 companies.  They are not the typical cheesey “work from home” tease.  They are the real deal. Arise has really taken off in the last couple years in the United States, UK and Canada and they are now hiring 11,000 new “vitural agents” who can work from home in either customer service, technical support or sales. Sounds perfect for O-MAMAs that want to make some money and still pick up the KID-Os from school and get them to soccer practice.  Arise provides all the training and you get to pick the client and hours that suit you best (without wearing a suit)!!! You will be required to make some upfront investments: need to have a computer, high speed internet service, anti virus software, separate business phone line, some administrative supplies and training classes, but that’s about it. Sound good? Get to work MAMAs!  Watch the video interview on Lifetime’s The Balancing Act and go to Arise.com to find out more.

I was rather confused by your ad. It was sent to me from one of your readers. It looks like you are hiring but in essence Arise.com is hiring. This is NOT one of the best companies to work for. I first began to get skeptical when they posted the hourly rate up front but after you hit apply then you starte to get the real facts. You have to become a LLC or join a group that is already a LLC. Costs you money. As a SAHM most don't have hundreds of dollars to throw into working at home. This is not a scam I am sure at some time and point you will start making money but there are many many work at home companies that all you need is a computer, a land line and a head set take the online training and start working. You then have to pay this Arise.com to be trained anywhere from $15 to $225 a class to learn the software the other are FREE. This is not a good job or one I would recommend to anyone unless that had lots of money to toss around and in this day and time that is no one.
I would like to know how much of a bonus do you get if your MAMA's fall for this and apply. Really bummed one momma would do this to another. Christina Mom of 5

Hi MAMA. Thanks for your input. Hopefully, someone from Arise will respond to your concerns?! The upfront financial commitment is something that MAMAs should be aware of, so thanks for highlighting that. Please know that we did NOT get any bonus of any sort from Arise. We get a lot of messages from MAMAs looking to make extra $, so we were simply passing on a "tip" from our friends at The Balancing Act (other MAMAs whom we absolutely TRUST) that we sincerely felt could benefit O-MAMAs looking for work. A lot of "work from home" companies are scams, but Arise is the real deal.

Hi! It’s Jeanette here from Arise Virtual Solutions. Wiseman98 is correct that Arise does not provide jobs to work at home professionals; we provide business opportunities to independent contractors whom work from home. Yes, to partner with Arise you do have to become incorporated OR you can work under an existing corporation that is already partnered with Arise, of which there are many to choose from. By doing this you save the cost of incorporating and free yourself from the responsibility of maintaining the corporation. Much of the equipment one would need to get started (computer, landline, headset) they probably already have in their home. You do incur training costs but we offer many promotions throughout the year to reduce these costs.

We currently have over 20,000 Arise Certified Professionals throughout the U.S., Canada and U.K. We are A+ rated by the BBB and we have been featured on Good Morning America, CNN Live and Fox News (videos are available on Youtube). We also have 11,000 fans on our FB page (Arise Virtual Solutions) where you can interact with many of our ACPs. If you are looking to be your own boss, for flexibility and the freedom to work from home then partnering with Arise is for you.

There are 4 other companies in which you don't have to incorporate yourself and you work directly for the company itself w/ benefits. You train on your computer and training is free you are not paid during that time but you do get paid for the phone calls and the accounts are set up you don't have to find a company to take calls from. As a SAHM most of use don't have the money to get started with your company. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Christina

Hi Wiseman98 – HOORAY! There are some O-MAMAS (see above) that would love to know what the other companies are that are hiring independent contractors?! This would be so GREAT if MAMAs can help each other find resources. Thank you much!!!

Hi Christina we here at Arise definitely understand your situation. There are other companies that provide work at home opportunities as well but our business model is different from theirs. We really like to encourage people to become business owners. But we are also well aware of the costs associated and that is why we now offer the option of working under someone else's corporation. This option alone can save one a lot of money and also as an employee of another corporation, sometimes the principal owner will help with the costs of the training. Thank you for your feedback Christina.
